    Conduct daily walkabouts (every hour or 2/3) to all storage and processing areas- inspections to be done to ensure compliance.


    Records for these inspections should be kept on file for audits.

    All non- conformances should be reported immediately.
    Enforcing GMP’s and hygiene practices.
