    Apply correct stock control measures in-store and in back-up where Clover stock is handled
    Control, minimise and write up returns according to store work plan
    Avoid out of stock situations at all times and report to AM if it occurs
    Place accurate and timeous order according to the ordering tempo
    Ensure clean and neat products on shelf at all times
    Ensure proper crate and equipment control at the store according to company policy

    STEP 3

    Interview Process.

    Once all the required original documents have been submitted each applicant will undergo an interview.

    STEP 4

    Assessment test to be written.

    The SDC Assessment test is to be written by all applicants, which is graded by the SDC team. Applicants are required to pass with at least 80%.

    Once Steps 1-4 have been completed the team at SDC will begin the validation process of all documentation, including interview notes and the assessment test.

    Should the validation process be successful, and the applicant meet all the requirements they will be added to our database, thereafter the applicant will undergo a waiting period while the SDC team finds them placement.
